THD Moisturizing Conditioner

This conditioner was created with essential oils such as lemongrass, rosemary, and peppermint oil to awaken dormant hair follicles to energize hair follicles and to promote hair growth.  This conditioner can also be used as a deep conditioning treatment place a plastic cap over the hair with conditioner combed through to the ends and place client under dryer for 15 minutes.
